The same resist that we use on our coated metal is also available in a bottle. AquaMulsionâ Positive Photoresist is a necessary product for double etch processes, such as refractive etching. AquaMulsionâ Positive Resist is formulated to work with our GPCâ AquaMulsionâ Positive Developer, a special water soluble developer.

UEI has worked to overcome the challenges that positive resists traditionally have had in the past. AquaMulsion® Positive Resist Coatings aren’t brittle or tricky to work with, and still maintain the exceptional resolution and fine line capabilities you expect from a positive resist.

Both our positive and negative resists can handle resolutions up to 25,000 lines per inch and have a 1 year shelf life in the bottle. They are ideally formulated for a spray coat process. Contact us for information on formulating photoresist for roller coating.
