UEI has worked to overcome the challenges that positive resists traditionally had in the past. AquaMulsion Positive Resist Coatings offer exceptional resolution and the fine line capabilities you expect from a positive resist coating. Both our positive and negative resist coated plates can handle resolutions up to 25,000 lines per inch, and both have a coated shelf life of 1 year!
